The Chamber events are topical, lively and well attended. Events are held at a variety of interesting venues throughout the district and are arranged at a variety of times to avoid disruption to the working day

Our biggest event of the year: The St George's Day Lunch this year takes place on Friday 20th April 2012. If you have not yet attended this lunch we strongly recommend booking a table to entertain clients or a few tickets to come and enjoy a fantastic afternoon with 350 business delegates. You will not be disappointed! There are some sponsorship opportunities available and can be purchased below. St George's Day Sponsorship packages include: Prime Table Positioning, Profesional photographs with our Mayor, MP, President and Guest Speaker, Your logo on the Event literature, an Invitation for you and your guests to the Exclusive Sponsors Drinks Reception with our Guest Speaker, Editorial Coverage in the Chamber Bulletin and Herts Advertiser. Please give the office a call to discuss the benefits. A regular Chamber Bulletin keeps members informed of Chamber, and local business events, issues, local and national legislation. Editorial from individual members is welcomed and the Bulletin is available in hard copy or email format. Members can use the Chamber’s regular mailing to members for low cost, effective promotion of their business. The newly redesigned website - which gets over 1000 visitors each month - can be linked directly to member’s own sites, just let us know and we can arrange this for you.

New Members - Join Us!
Through your membership we can save you time and money and introduce you to potential customers, partners and suppliers. As a member of the Chamber, you will also receive discounts on our events and services. An informative and useful Yearbook is available to all members, including a diary, members and classified directory, a host of useful business information and a valuable opportunity for members to advertise their services. The Chamber does not replace professional advisors; it does however help members expand, or resolve business problems, via free introductory consultancy to legal, financial, accounting, tax, surveying, employment, marketing and general management specialists. Please fill in and return our application form remembering to include a brief description of your business activity. The form can be downloaded by visiting the Join Us link at the top of the page. All new members are subject to a one off joining fee of £25 (ex VAT) which includes a free introductory e-shot to all Chamber members, and a free listing on our website.
