Chamber Community Business Awards 2020

Our annual St Albans Chamber of Commerce Community Business Awards acknowledge the outstanding achievements that both individuals and businesses have made in the District. Now more than ever, it is important to pull together as a community and celebrate those who have made a positive impact and gone that extra mile.

The Awards are the perfect opportunity to let us know who you think should be recognised and rewarded. This year, we are introducing two new awards: our Sustainability Award for a business or organisation that can demonstrate success in minimising their environmental impact in their operations, in the supply chain or in product use, to address the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs and our Customer Commitment Award for businesses who can demonstrate excellence and commitment in the area of customer service and care.

Click here to view the criteria of each award category.

You do not have to be a member of the Chamber to make a nomination or to be considered for an award. Your nominees just need to live or work in the District. You can nominate yourself or your business or put forward someone who you feel has made an outstanding contribution within the business community. You can nominate as many times as you wish, providing the nominee meets the criteria of the categories you are entering. Nominations close on Friday 3 July.

We have decided to take our Awards online this year and the virtual ceremony will be taking place on Wednesday 30th September.

Awards sponsorship packages are available. They are an excellent way to raise your business profile and be part of our journey celebrating the expertise, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals continually make in the District. For further information on how to be involved this year, please contact the Chamber team on 01727 863054.
