Future Leaders Masquerade Ball

Date: Thursday 1 October 2026
Time: 19:00 – 23:30
Venue: St Michael’s Manor, St Albans

Gold Sponsor: Mercer & Hole
Silver Sponsor: Lumin Wealth Management

Our flagship Future Leaders autumn event is back! This year, we’re swapping fancy dress for a touch of mystery and glamour with our Black Tie Supper: An Evening Behind the Mask.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of St Michael’s Manor, this special evening brings together the next generation of professionals from across the St Albans district for a night of great food, entertainment and relaxed networking.

Whether you’re already part of the Future Leaders community or joining us for the first time, expect an evening that’s a little different from your usual networking event – with plenty of opportunities to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces and enjoy the night.

What to expect

Arrive at 19:00 and enjoy a welcome drink before taking your seat for a one-course meal.

We’ll also be joined by a professional mind reader & magician for an extraordinary performance, adding a little extra magic and mystery to our masquerade theme.

Following the entertainment, there’ll be plenty of time to continue the evening, enjoy a drink and socialise with fellow Future Leaders.

Black Tie, Your Way

This is a black-tie event – but we’re keeping it a little more relaxed.

We want the evening to feel special, glamorous and dressed up, but you don’t need to own or buy a dinner jacket to join us. Think smart suits & evening dresses.

Dress up, feel fabulous and make it your own.

And with our masquerade theme, don’t forget your mask…

Gold Sponsor

We are delighted to welcome Mercer & Hole as Gold Sponsor of the Future Leaders Masquerade Ball.

Their support helps us bring together emerging professionals from across the district and continue building a strong, connected Future Leaders community.

Places are limited, so book early and join us for one of the highlights of the Future Leaders calendar.
